    Well, the unit is in a very good place, I'll give it that. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby as well as a Dollar Tree. Some staff is also FAR friendlier/more helpful than others. Generally, the premises are kept clean. Violations of the lease affects some, not everyone so expect to be held to a strict standard while everyone else will not be. However! THERE IS NO EARLY TERMINATION CLASUE or something similar in the lease. If you plan to terminate a FUTURE lease that has not gone into effect yet, GOOD LUCK! They will try and take as much money from you as possible. They're not even willing to negotiate with you. I'm ok with not getting my security deposits back - I never expect to get these back anyways even if I take good care of the unit. I'm also ok with paying the $300 relet fee, but you ALSO want me to pay the rent and want me to look for someone else to take over AFTER the new lease goes into effect? Ha. No.

    Sprinkle process alway been there were I start my first business a create sober truth will always be my office and get away place were my creative think space my family when I loss everything and did have a place family argue but we thrive for the best thank you I alway be a resident at what I call heaven kn earth love you guys

    I am extremely impressed by Academy65 (A65) and especially by the exceptional service that has been provided by Thomas, our leasing consultant. Thomas has been immensely helpful and has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure I have been "taken care of." I asked Thomas an extensive amount of questions about the lease and he answered them all with confidence and honesty, which I greatly appreciate. Throughout my apartment search I have toured 4 different complexes within close proximity of the Sac State campus including A65, The Lark, The Element & The Crossings. In addition to Thomas providing the best customer service (by far) of any of the leasing representatives, A65 is in the most convenient & safe location; it's only a couple of blocks from campus. This place also offers the best amenities from a top notch amenity deck with a spectacular view of the city (with BBQ grill, hot tub, lounging areas, large TVs, etc) to a luxury package lock box system that stores any packages delivered to you in your own personal lock box until you pick them up. The rooms at A65 are also the nicest of any of the 4 complexes. Each bedroom has a substantial amount of under-bed storage and bathrooms are spacious & very well designed. The only two downsides to this place is the very limited parking area (which also costs $100+ a month) and the rental prices. The rental prices are the most expensive of all 4 complexes however there are lots of other positive trade-offs that only A65 offers, as I noted previously. It is also important to consider that every apartment complex charges anywhere from $70-150 for parking per month, so that's not unique to this place. If I do choose to lease at A65, I am confident that I will continue to be well taken care of by Thomas and the rest of the leasing team which is important to consider. The overall experience I have had with A65 has been truly exceptional.
