I live here for almost 2 years now and to be honest i hate this place. We are looking for a new home so i can Read Morenot wait to get out of here, the sooner the better.I hate the parking, there is not enough parking spots for everyone, now you see cars park to where they are not supposed to park, they parked to the red lines, they park to the entrance that access to your apartment. If i was the security, i will tow those cars away for sure but the security who does his round at night time does not care at all. People park at the handy cap spot without having the sigh and the security is not doing his job. When you talk to the managements about those issues, they don't really care so i think we have to step up and do our rules. My sister in law work late at night and sometimes when she come home, someone park at her spot and she has to find outside to park. When something broke in the apartment and we let the office know, it will take forever to get thing fix. I saw they remodeled the new ones, it look totally different compare to the one we lived right now. They have different color and look bigger. The one we live is all in white paint and each time you any door, you can heard those cracks. That was a lazy work and cheap paint.I have friends want to come and live here and i told them NO. I will not recommend this place to anyone, specially to my friends. For the price you are going to pay for a 3 bed and 2 baths for the ones that has been remodeled, i prefer to look for a house, it will be way better.

We were really excited about our new apartment, Jessica helped us and she was great! We put a deposit down for Read More an apartment that was supposed to be finished 5/15, and we planned to sign our lease and move in 5/19. We arrived 5/19 (luckily our moving van was scheduled for later in the week). Chelsea attempted to get us to sign without seeing the apartment, but we insisted on seeing it first. They reluctantly took us to the unit. IT HAD NO WINDOWS OR SLIDING DOORS OR BALCONY AND WAS NOT COMPLETE. It was pitch black inside because there was plywood over the holes in the walls where the windows and sliding doors should be. Chelsea then proceed to act as if this was normal and nothing was out of the ordinary. We asked why the apartment had no windows, and she causally responded that they should be in "some time this week." My husband asked for a date that the apartment would be finished, and Chelsea could not provide us with a specific answer. It became a multiple phone call conversation to determine that the apartment would be finished by 5/23, then they told us 5/24, then they told us 5/26. It became obvious that they had NO IDEA WHEN OUR APARTMENT WOULD BE FINISHED. After countless calls (they suddenly became very difficult to get on the phone), they contacted us and apologized. We asked for a full refund. They offered to refund our deposit, which unexplainably they said would take 3 weeks. Fine. We just wanted our money back (keep in mind we have a moving van coming and now have no place to move, we had other things to worry about). So we waited three weeks, only to receive a "Forfeit Deposit" form stating that we would RECEIVE NO REFUND WHATSOEVER.

The place that we were shown wasn't what we were moving into, it was the model. The front of our apartment doo Read Morer looked as if it had been previously broken in to. Our neighbors smoked downstairs which came into our vents, when we requested a unit non smoking, my mother has mild asthma, she basically had to rely on her inhaler A LOT more. When we left when our lease was up they accused us of damages that we never created, they were already there.

The facility was poorly managed and the property was horribly maintained. What repairs that I had seen done we Read Morere done by a courteous and nice staff, but I got the impression that they were not allowed to spend money on repairs and had to use remnants and left overs from other jobs. Absolutely atrocious!
