This apartment so horrible. And the service so bad. We have balance discussion, so they did not sign the renew Read Moreer agreement ,but when we move out they still not tell us any true. Still charge us ,they said we broken lease. And we paid all the fees whenever they want. And the office agent I forgot her name . When I bring the paper to ask her about the balance the details. She said pain we need to paid. Cleaning we need to paid .then I ask her to show the receive. But she said she will request.i told her everything we find out ok. I gonna paid. If not I will not paid. Cause I still have 1590$extra paid we still have to discuss . And she said ok. Will call manager call me to solve problem. But she call me one time I was busy .But I call back she is not office. And someone answer the phone said will call me back on Monday but she still not call me back . So I call back still not body response . And this time they send me the collection . Yes the lady she told me if not paid will send collection . I said you have to return me the broken lease fee. Because I did not sign the renewer agreement how you charge the fees. And I told her of not fair I will hire a lawyer help me she said she has lawer.l it look like everything they said yes.or no. We can't said anything just paid whenever they charge. So please help me find which department they can help us. If we not do anything they will do the same thing with other custormer. Please. I have all the information can provider to you if you want. I wrote everything what I said .And just worry will forgot

Becoming ghetto! The office staff are all forgetful (note: I just don't want to use the term stupid!) 2 sche Read Moreduled inspections were missed. I had to lose a day's worth of pay only because the people in the leasing office have no respect for your time nor your privacy. I requested a Saturday for pre-termination inspection so I don't have to miss work but Madriana, the assistant director decided to have it done on a Friday. BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP. Also, when you wait for maintenace people on a given day (knowing that you requested a repair service), they wait until you leave in the late afternoon before they come in to your apartment to do whatever repair that needs to be done. Packages are lost and nowhere to be found in their office. I requested Kayla to at least cancel the recurring email notification about my pending package yet my lease is almost up and I still get a daily notice.I CAN'T BE SILENT ANYMORE!

By far the single strongest factor dragging down my ratings is the way the company deals with water/sewer/garb Read Moreage utility. It simply allocates the total complex utility across all units, so there is no incentive for tenants or the management to use water efficiently (as evidenced by the over-watering around the grounds). And that bill is EXPENSIVE! Easily twice as much as I was paying at my previous place. In addition, the location isn't great, it's pretty isolated from things.
