Below is the standard response you'll get on your review or feedback about unfair move-out itemization you'll be charged for normal wear and tear. The truth is they wont provide any discount or photos or any explanation about the charges. They just want to keep "your" money and will threaten you about breaking your credit score and sending bills to collection agencies. There is nothing nice about these community. Stay Away from these cheater, liar and greedy management !!!

After speaking with the on-site team, we understand they were able to offer a discount on some of the charges and also sent over some photos. Apparently the move-in inspection form did not indicate any items were received in poor or unsatisfactory condition; nonetheless, we apologize if you were not pleased with the state of the apartment upon move-in. Of similar locations and apartment styles, Granite Point exceeds expectations. Nice rooms and structures, good size units, and friendly staff definitely go a long way in this business. Ive recommended residing at Granite Point to friends in the past and would do so again

Overall it is a nice community, never had any major problems. Normal apartment living issues like sharing walls and such.
