    They are not enforcing the visitors parking during business hours. Two spaces labeled "Future Resident Parking" are still being parked by a resident who drives a black BMW. I reported this to the office but they seemed to have done nothing about it! The parking in the east side should have video surveillance as we are constantly being bombarded by theft and vandalism. The clubhouse should have partitioning from the office as I go there and hear all the information and issues that should be left confidential between current and future residences.

    Very friendly staff, excellent maintenance guy (go Richard!), good location, accommodation, and unit quality. Slightly more expensive but worth it!

    extended construction time and noises, including Saturday and Sunday mornings, starting 8 AM. Took away designated parking space for half a month without any rent deduction, only 2 letter notices stuck on the front door.

    The online rent payment system is a rip-off. They should go with another company and its hard to get things updated. I stopped trying. Snail mail it is. Otherwise im low maintenence and havent had any problems (except the bike with a flat tire still hadnt been repaired)
