Do not rent from these people. They have roaches. The office staff is rude and have a sense of entitlement. They have car towed that are parked in staff parking in which really should be residents parking. They try and charge you for not putting the garbage in the trash can despite the trash can is running over. The apartment are very small and raggedy. The garbage disposal is always not working... the maintenance pretends to fix things but really dont. You have to call them several times. There is questionable people constantly on the apartments. The rent goes up by hundreds of dollars every year.

GREAT value, great office staff, maintenance was not bad, had to wait awhile for a new a/c and sprinkler sprayed my car every day but not bad at all.

Overall our experience was not a bad one. We just got married, and needed our first place to be quiet, easy to get to, and cheap. Initially, it met those criteria and then some. But as time went on we noticed certain things that made our stay slightly less than enjoyable. First, it was quiet. We enjoyed that. But parking was a nightmare (people would take your stall, forcing you to park on the opposite end of the complex at times). Laundry worked usually, and our rent shot up 180$ next lease.

The staff were friendly and helpful always. The issue with the apartments had to do with the neighborhood and other residents guests. There was a lot of criminal activity and residents were seedy, loud and disrespectful. I do not fault the apartments for these issues. It was a good place to live.
