Local Reviews

I love the quiet. Have not been here long enough to assess. The hospital is very close. I am hoping there is a park within walking distance.

It's gated with security guards and near by complex. Good for kids to play inside and safe for everyone.

I like going to local parks so we can walk . There should be more coffee shops close enough to walk to

I don't particularly like the neighborhood. The only positive thing is that the grocery store is about a block in a half away. I have the local high school across the street which is well maintained.

There is a wildlife presence in the neighborhood. The parks are always clean and the Sacramento River is right in the backyard form some wonderful fishing.

We have a lot of parks. It's spacious and great for kids activities. There's one every couple blocks.
