The Villas At Fair Oaks

Likes: Covered parking and always enough spaces for visitors, beautiful pool, clean laundry facilities, friendliness of neighbors, my apartment, my freedom, ceiling fans, layout of my apartment and huge balcony. Dislikes: I was lied to when I moved in about the finishes in my apartment. Flat out lied to and was told pretty much -too bad, we played you. Hahaha - That's how I feel. I also don't like the fact that keys don't work. I have also asked for the boards on my balcony be screwed down but have gotten no response. I asked for a chain for my door and got an immediate response and it was taken care of. I do not like that all residents got an eviction threat with very little facts or fair warnings. Would also like a water spicket installed on my balcony if possible. A/C works great in the livingroom but doesn't cool down bedroom well.

The staff is friendly and professional, grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the complex is really peaceful. The yard space is adequate for my dog, and everything I need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is really cute, and nicely decorated.

Warm welcoming

I dont believe my one bedroom apartment is worth as much as I am being charged for. I am dissatisfied with the management and how much it has changed and that they do not do anything to make me want to stay longer. For example if they were to try get to know me as a home owner rather than completely dismiss me when I walk in. I would've appreciated it if there had been more events to get to know other home owners in the complex. I am not surprised that the apartments are having trouble with getting people to move into one of the 5 empty apartments in the complex.

The grounds are so pretty and the location ROCKS! Management is very helpful.
