you don't want to publish my comments if you want positive reviews. I also want to go on record by stating this noise issue is not common household noise - they are being intentionally heavy footed and loud because of my complaints. I think they encourage the kids to run, jump and play ball now. It was bad when I moved in, after one visit from the office asking them to tone it down, it has escalated to ridiculous levels.

This apartment is conveniently located right off 101 and lots of businesses, and the kitchen remodel is beautiful. The apartment shows its age however in the condition of the non-remodeled parts. At times it can be difficult to reach leasing agents, however once contact is made you usually get what you need promptly. The parking situation is a little tricky at times.
