    The apartment was infested with cockroaches when we moved in and had cockroaches when we moved out. The unit above was so infested, that on the day we left, 2 pest control agents were spraying the unit. The deposit was initially not returned with bogus charges to our account, including for pest control, painting, and floor side boards. The apartments are painted every time the tenant leaves but the painting is taken out of the security deposit. The manager posted a negative mark on the rental report claiming the rent was "late" which is due on the 1st with a 3-day grace period before you are "late." The manager failed to check her desk drawer for the Money Order for our rent, which was on time, and jumped to ensure that a negative mark was posted, which was never removed despite contacting Cannon Management. There were often loud, screaming verbal arguments, including one late at night in front of my apartment door. Would not recommend. I negotiated only a partial refund of the deposit. Trash was often overflowing in the bins and aggressive dogs from the neighbor would jump so high that I was afraid they would jump over the fence when I took out the trash.

    These apartments has a major cat infestation as well as a roach infestation.The staff are un-helpful and almost never present. The pool was only open 2 months out of the summer and the jacuzzi was never in useful condition during the time of my stay. Also these apartments state that it has the following however, this is not true either. Clubhouse Fitness CenterHot Tub

    The management could not control their tennets the tenet above me kept making noise from 10am-6am every day. I moved out because of it.

    The staff was not friendly or helpful. The apartments had a roach infestation that was not handled by authorities. The water would get shut off during the day without proper notice. The pool would be out of use for the summer and the jacuzzi was never in useful condition during the time of my stay. The only thing I give a good rating to is the rental price of the spaces offered. But everything else is poor.
