Great place for first time apartment movers. They are not to far from the party and restaurants. Great ammenities and awesome staff.

Thank you for making the move-in process so easy and convenient. The staff has been so responsive to every need and the leasing process was done in under an hour. I'm so happy here you may never get rid of me! This community meets all of my needs and no other building downtown offers this type of lifestyle. I love AVA Cortez Hill.

AVA is in a great location in downtown San Diego. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The amenities are new and well kept. There is a great basketball and tennis court, fitness center, and a pool to enjoy.
