Lived here for about a year, Terrible customer service! They claim to have security, but I have never seen not Read More even once! My car got broken into & management didnt care at all! They also claim to have cameras, but thats a huge lie, they only have cameras one or two places, so if you get attacked, car stolen or broken into, no one can help you! A complete mess! Terrible management for paying a lot of money to live here!

*full review on yelp* Pros: Location (walking distance to shops, library, and malls) Cons: Roaches + Unprofess Read Moreional Staff I have better things to do with my day than dealing with infestations or writing novels disguised as reviews - but here we are. If you'd like a slightly snarky take on the deets - ye shall read on... ROACHES: Upon moving in I was killing 4-10 roaches per day and cleaning roach feces for OVER A MONTH. "Because nothing says yum like roach feces on your eating utensils." -Said no one. Ever. We did not have a sanitary kitchen for OVER A MONTH (Nov 14- Dec 14). OFFICE STAFF INCIDENTS: On Saturday 1.21.18 I came into the office to get a shuttle pass. As soon as I walked in one of your leasing agents was very polite and helpful. I think his name is Rex but I'm not sure. I told him I was here for the shuttle pass and gave him the form I had already filled out. He brought me to the front desk and I was standing behind him when one of your receptionists saw my signed form and said "Oh, the pest control girl?" with a smirk and tone that wasn't appreciated. The other receptionist is taller and saw me standing behind your leasing agent, got very uncomfortable and said "No pass, not pest" to try and sweep under the rug what just happened. The girl who made the very unprofessional remark (which is apparently my office nick name among you when I'm not around) then saw me, got very embarrassed and did not acknowledge me at all. She immediately looked down, then sat down and stared down at her desk. No apology, just a lot of unprofessional awkwardness. The other girl gave me my pass and I left. *sigh* I'm not here to win a popularity contest with your staff, but I also don't want to feel like I'm living on the set of 'Mean Girls'. The negative talk about residents in front of other residents or potential residents isn't an isolated incident. I have witnessed other agents talking negatively about other residents in front of me and others.

I am about to move out from this place. I moved here due to locality. No security, no customer service. Mail g Read Moreets lost. elevators don;t work,. This place is not worth your money at all. I was at my apartment when the "shooting happened". And there really did not cared about their residents. I approached the leasing office to move to another apartment not near the pool area where the shooting happened and their response was. We will make sure we talk to you once your lease is up to accommodate. My move out date is 11/2017 and I indeed I got a notice form them...Stating that my rent was going up. That sums it up. I am out of here soon. Can't wait.

the customer service in their leasing office absolutely horrible. you wait forever when there are clearly enou Read Moregh people sitting at desks that can help you but only one can actually talk to residents. the parking situation here sucks. they claim there is street parking but if you come home anytime after 4pm its all taken. the assign you one parking space when know more than one person is going to be living there and we all drive cars. if im paying $2000 i should not have this problem.
