      This is the letter I sent to management company. They will not even reply to me.. To the corporate management of La Regenica apartments: I leased a unit early this year, and the complex has slowly turned into an uninhabitable mess. The office contacted me early September to let me know that they would 'be blocking part of your patio' for one month. As you can see in the first attached photos, I cannot even open my sliding glass door as it completely taped shut. The office asked me to be present (as I do not crate my dog) to replace the windows, then they wanted to move that appointment which is a hardship for me. In the other photos you can see that there is absolutely no real-time management of this property. The tenants do as they please, allow their children to run around unattended and this is exceptionally dangerous considering that the entire property is littered with building equipment that they children are able to access and play with. The unattended children also run constantly in the halls which creates a high level of noise. When you try to get into or out of the complex, the driveway is constantly blocked during rush hours with double parked cars and residents as there is no clear path to walk. The residents constantly block the fire lane, and none of the rules are enforced (other than a letter) in the complex. Tenants smoke all over the complex and the cigarette butts are proof that the 'no smoking' rules are not enforced. When the tenants move out, the hall are strewn with discarded/broken furniture and people are constantly moving out. The 'amenities' are not accessible as they have building materials and caution tape all over them. Hosting any company is out of the question, as the apartment complex is completely trashed. Because of the listed issues above, I turned in my notice to vacate earlier this month. Don't say I didn't warn you. -year-round roof construction - and construction workers double parked outside to block you from leaving the apartment. creates traffic. perfect if you want to be late to school or work! -other noisy building construction/tree trimming (only in the am) -broken elevator - motel-6 like feel down the hallways, baseboards tearing off, paint peeling inside -half the outlets not working when you move in; after they "fix" it, you will have 4 outlets that work sometimes -never delivering to your door (even when you request it) -parts stolen off your car (no parking gate) -people parking in your spot (both staying in the car and straight up parked and leave) -yes energy management for utilities will always send your bill past the date you can turn in both the rent & bill to the office so basically force you to purchase postage stamps -sudden increase in your utilities bill for no reason (even if you're not even home to use the water/trash/whatever). -fighting at least 2 brown spiders a week -killing at least 5 fruit flies per day even when your apartment is clean. -listening to your neighbor slam against the wall every 15 min. and not filing noise complaint because they get upset at you for filing noise complaints. -maintenance team only wants to help you if you give them permission to enter your apartment when your'e not around. -expect your smoke detector to be broken at least twice in the year, second time is after they "fixed" it -managers will never take responsibility -managers will never take responsibility -once in a blue moon - machine gun like sounds during daytime -nightly disturbances like someone running into a wall every hour (but courtesy patrol can't fix that) -hearing the words of conversations of your next door neighbors or the neighbors below you -babies crying - daily, probably because they don't want to live here either

      It's because the pool isn't that good and the gym is not good enough. I would say place is spacious and rent is fair. That's why I am giving it a review as good.
