I WONDER WHO ARE THE TENANTS WRITING THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS PROPERTY? SPECIALLY ABOUT NICOLE. READ EVERY SMALL PRINT AND DO ADDITIONAL RESEARCH ON THE CLAUSES STATED IN THEIR CONTRACT. -RENEWALS BETWEEN 20%- ALMOST 40% INCREASE FOR CURRENT RESIDENTS - HOWEVER BETTER RATES AVAILABLE FOR NEW TENANTS. -UPON TURNING IN YOUR KEYS (MOVE OUT) FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT!!! the following is our family experience in this beautiful multifamily complex. By the end of last year we received our renewal notice with a 20%+ increase (depending on the term). this was $800 more ($4900ish) from our current rent. we where shocked at this rate since we where seeing the same floorplan avaialble for less ($4ish). we reached out to leasing team, and for out surprise we had to turn in a vacate notice to tour other units. I said "ok, ill turn it in only to tour, but we are not 100% decided that we want to leave this unit".. to out surprice by the time we where able to tour 1 unit for which we did not like... we said ok lets go month to month ,,,, however out current unit that we where living on was already up on the market with applicants. long story short, we ended up hiring a lawyer. ended up getting our lawyers fees paid. for the move of course in another expense + ended up loosing 500+ from our initial deposit from the other unit. this was months of stress and missing business opportunities due to the uncertainty of our housing situation for the period of 2+ months. The last straw was our deposit - THEY USE IT FOR DEEP CLEANING + OTHER PRORATED RENT EXPENSES FOR WHICH SUPPOSEDLY WE HAD PREVIOUSLY PAID (GUESS NOT) - OUR UNIT IN PERFECT CONDITIONS NORMAL WEAR!!! A JOKE!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FELT MORE TAKEN ADVANTAGE THAN IN THIS SITUATION. AND WHAT IS WORST IS SEING OTHER FAMILIES AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS FACE THE SAME! if you are ready to deal with this. this is your place to be.

DO NOT waste your time with Pacific Ridge. It's too expensive and it's all about the image BUT once you lease you'll find out NOTHING works in the Amenities, All Grills Broken, Maintenance will fix appliances for certain people depending what language they speak. The office staff have NO CLUE what Customer Service is about. They NEVER answer their call and they NEVER return call if you leave voice message. The guy who suppose to be "Resident Service Coordinator" and suppose to plan cooking classes is USELESS.The leasing agents Renee and Carla as well as Alex all dating various residents on site which is considered Conflict of Interest. There has been a lot of break ins into apartments and cars stolen from suppose to be "secured" access. There is NOTHING LUXURY about this place.All you read on their website is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
