People block your car all the time or take your assigned parking and management does not do anything about it, the clothes washers are full of gum and don't clean your clothes and will even damage them. About once a year the owner raises the rent by about 10%, after he raised my rent by $150 the owner bought a brand new Tesla SUV. You also have to pay for water and sewer, and my neighbor left the water running all day long, I called and made several complaints, they did nothing. If you want dish or direct TV to save on cable they charge a non-refundable deposit of $600. When we moved out the owner kept all but $40 of my deposit, claimed I damaged the carpet and walls, and that we damaged the blinds. The blinds were old when we moved in (some were already damaged), and we did not damage the walls, the owner installed a mini-split AC unit and they left a patch in the wall, I was charged for that. My apartment was flooded 4 times because of poor drainage and a busted water heater. I even helped the owner fix the water heater, I was charged for damage to my carpet. We moved out the fridge (which was about 20 years old and needed replacement) to clean under the fridge and stove, we were charged because they claimed it was unclean. The fridge was disgusting and we asked for a newer one multiple times, they refused, but when we moved out we were charged for the fridge's poor condition (it was cleaner than when we moved it). The owner utilizes predatory practices when it comes to preventing the return of your deposit. We should have received the majority of our deposit back, the apartment was in move-in condition other than needed a carpet cleaning. I would not rent here or at least accept you will not get your deposit back.

all the alerts are inaccurate. rent pricing is too high. location is too far and nothing matches my search. very disappointed.
