River Run Village does have friendly staff and if you have any issues (garbage disposal, lights out, etc) they are quick to get on it. I would have given them a great notice, but they need more parking for units with 2 car families. You have one space and then, if you can grab one of the small parking spots in the lot, I think there's about 12 of them, before anyone else does, you can park off street. Otherwise, good luck finding a nearby spot on game days or other stadium events.

The customer service is mediocre. I never feel like a priority to the management. I went for 6 weeks with winter with out a heater in my until, 3 weeks this past summer with no AC. It's annoying with the run arid they give you all the time. I'm sure if I gave the run around with my rent they wouldn't like that.

The staff was very caring and professional, any issues with my apartment were handled in a timely manner. The complex was kept very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Some of the drawbacks for me and why I didn't stay where the increase in price of a unit. It became similar to paying for apartments in more desirable locations. The parking was tight for me having a full size vehicle, which is a trend in San Diego.

The service from the Managment staff is ok. I've had a simple request to fax some paperwork and I was turned away because the fax was too slow and the other because she had someone else in the office. The pool is filthy all the time and the rent is so over the top for this community. I pay $1,650dlls a month for 1 bedroom. For a comminuty with amenities that would rate 2 stars the rent is really over market.

Although we love living here, we do have a few issues. there are some outside lights that have been broken for a while that no one seems to try and fix, The front entrance gate has broken down several times in under a year that we've lived here, and the equipment in the gym is sparse and most of the cardio machines are usually unplugged without a cord in site rendering said equipment quite useless.
