Being near a park, plus great parking too. I like having a view instead of looking at some ugly wall

The stores are close by, nd my neighbors are not nosey, there's a McDonald's close by, subway, panda Express, stores, place to wash your clothes, gas station

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to downtown. Freeway accessible and a school close by.

I like the neighborhood every body knows me and I know them so everybody keep an eye on the neighborhood

The views in my neighborhood are priceless. In addition lots of homes have pools and we are right next to canyons
