The community is family, friendly and the location is ideal in respect to shopping, parks, and schools. Additionally, the cost is equal to the value of the residence.

Have had an overall great experience living at the Hills. The buildings are obviously old but are maintained pretty well. The management is always responsive and the grounds are kept looking very pretty. My only complaint would be having to use a laundry room and some unpleasant experiences I had with neighbors.

Parking can be a challenge. Our hot water went out a few weeks ago. They were quick to repair it, however we still don't have hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. Management was notified twice about this issue. I am concerned other residents have the same issue, are wasting water and the water bill will rise significantly. I have also lived here for almost three years and each time I renew my lease, it goes up a good amount.

Parking is annoying, there should be outlined spaces in the open parking section along the road within the community.

Limited parking availability. I wish there were washer and dryers in units. I wish there was a more lenient pool guest policy.
