DO NOT RENT IN HERE. I gave one start to the amazing maintenance team here ONLY. I have been a resident of Village Mission Valley apartments since August. And been dealing with two residents next to me and below me smoking marijuana without consequences from 6:30 AM repeatedly every two hours or so and this would keep occurring until midnight most of the time. The whole nasty smoke is drifting into my apartment and makes me want to vomit. I am being exposed to secondhand marijuana smoke regularly and has affected my daily life routine. I have difficulty sleeping and have constantly been dealing with migraine attacks. And the sad part is that no one seems to care. Their office manager called me twice and took notes to show that she cares and will get to the bottom of this, but unfortunately, she is not capable of it. Now she is ignoring my emails and does nothing about the issue. I have reached out to their security too, but seems to waste of time. Very disappointed in the Irvine Company for having such incapable management that cannot put a STOP to a violation. So if you want a peaceful healthy life, DO NOT RENT in this community.

Super noisy Apartments it's two years that I live here. Some residents has cars and motorcycles that are super noisy and every midnight and early morning they start their cars and step on gas to make noise intentionally. I can't sleep. Never recommend this apartment to anybody. I called several times to office but they didn't do anything to solve the problem.
