So far this facility has been a very positive moving experience. I really enjoy the quiet and comfort of the community. It's expensive, but the amenities make it honestly worth it. The staff are extremely helpful. Veronica has been a phenomenal person throughout the move-in process especially. Maintenance has also been friendly and timely. I am glad this facility enforces their rules on keeping their community clean, quiet, and friendly. I have lived in many apartments that did not enforce their rules, and personally I disliked the chaos. Everything here seems nice and orderly. I wouldn't have it any other way. Also I love the little dog park.

The Avalon San Dimas is a quiet, professional complex for like minded tenants. The excellent customer care is almost like that of a white glove hotel experience.

Avalon San Dimas is seriously perfect. My boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with the community, management company, and our one bedroom apartment. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our very first place with just the two of us. We seriously feel so at ease and so relaxed living here, it's like living in a hotel with all the amenities and how new and modern everything is! It's in the perfect location, has everything we need, and it's so quiet! Love this place.

I love living at Avaon San Dimas. I walked to the grocery store, which was a treat compared to where I used to live and had to drive 20 minutes. It is such a great location, I am close to work, friends and family. The staff has been so accommodating and responds to my concerns within 30 minutes. This is a great place to live.
