My experience so far with the Avalon community has been great! Everyone in the front office especially Stacy has been nothing but helpful. Our move in process has been very easy, as well as smooth.

This apartment experience will be my first in over 25 years and at this point everything has gone very smooth. The staff made the move in process very easy and almost stress free. The apartment is in a great location with the old town feel with all the amenities you could ask for. I would recommend this to my friends and fellow workers.

Eaves San Dimas Canyon is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and clean and the landscaping is beautiful! We loved that we got our keys within an hour of deciding on Eaves. The management team is awesome, they're really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!
