    I would reside in this particular complex because it is in a nice neighborhood which includes nearby grocery stores, parks, restaurants and transportation all within walking distance. The complex itself is near neighboring neighborhoods such as Van Ness Ave. and Polk Street as well as walking distance to the famous Lombard Street. There appears to be covered parking for tenants Which is a plus since street parking can be difficult. I am unable to determine if there are other amenities within the complex since the complex is secure for guests. As for the look of the complex, it appears to be well-maintained.
