    My experience at 125 Cambon Dr. has been profoundly distressing. From the moment I signed my lease, it became evident that the level of resident services promised was far from reality. Upon my July arrival, multiple issues surfaced, causing me to question my decision. Despite my repeated emails requesting a move-in appointment confirmation, there was no response. This led to a stressful and costly delay on my moving day. Upon entering the building, I was shocked to find homeless individuals and drug addicts in the lobby, creating an unsettling environment. Fellow residents added to the discomfort. This stark contrast to my previous safe neighborhood was deeply troubling. I sought relocation, and the leasing manager, Jeff, acknowledged the issues but excused his leasing agent's negligence as "naive." Jeff seemed unaware of the security camera situation. Instead of offering assistance, he proposed a higher-rent unit and refused to cover relocation expenses. My security deposit was only partially refunded. Communication problems persisted, including the mailbox key issue. On the day of my relocation, obtaining essential information about required payments was chaotic, resulting in delays and stress. Promised benefits, such as a $100 Uber credit and advertised services, were never provided. The neighborhood's lack of security raised concerns, and packages frequently went missing. Persistent unpleasant odors in the hallways and safety concerns during the night made the situation worse. I strongly advise avoiding this apartment complex. What was meant to be a tranquil escape from downtown chaos turned into an ongoing nightmare. I'm actively exploring legal options to terminate my lease due to multiple issues and enduring distress inflicted by Parkmerced.

    I did not hear back from them. No call not even a voicemail left. I'm surprised no one at all phoned . I would like to see about getting info on them.
