    I've lived here for a few months now and am really happy with the complex and community overall. The maintenance workers are prompt and polite, the floor-plans are spacious, and the community is beautifully landscaped. - The kitchens in some units are huge with room to add more counter/prep space and so are the patios. I also really like the in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. -The parking situation 5/5. You have to register your vehicles. I got a carport and there is plenty of uncovered parking, which was a big problem in my last complex, so I don't mind. Also, to note, this complex is right next to this huge park and there is so many areas to park.-Noise: 4/5. The insulation does well at keeping temperature comfortable (our bill is half what we used to pay) the community is also super quiet.- The office and maintenance staff: 5/5. The staff here are super nice. Overall, they're considerate, (mostly) efficient, and eager to help. -The main closet is great, and the pantry holds a ton.- Location, location, location: VTA down the street, golf course across the community. Bart is being built down the street, it will be available in January. Can't wait to go to the Giant's games. - Price: 5/5 the lease terms are awesome; and from all of residents I have talked to, they have lived here for years. So, I guess that says something.
