I live in a one bedroom there and I do not think it worths about $2650/month to live there. Here's why:1. Onsite mgmt team - not helpful. When I have package left in the office, I don't even get an email until I check my own tracking only to see it's been there for days. Communication is horrible, their FOB key system is so old that it breaks down so often. So there's a chance you'll get locked out of the building. And the mgmt team only stick a paper post on the door to say sorry it's down, but DO NOT EVEN send a quick email to let residents know. 2. Smoke free? - nope, people still smoke on the property. 3. Parking - I pay $65 for my parking, some residents pay $100 for a garage. However, they don't have a strict rule so sometimes random people will park at my paid spot, and I have to deal with the inconvenience to find street parking. And if it's after 5:30pm, there're pretty much NO street parking. 4. safety - well, sometimes when the FOB is down you can imagine the gate is wide open. Sometimes your buildings. And I've seen numerous residents post in the resident community blog that they always get solicitors knocking on their doors. Some even tried to open their doors. 5. "Internal" residents community posting - you can leave comments/posts, however, sometimes the mgmt will delete your comment if they don't like why they see. i.e. when i question them about the FOB key system, they just took my post down. Um, if you don't like what you see, just do the right thing and fix it. 6. I can go on and on. Overall I fine the property mgmt team useless, the only team that's decent is the maintenance team.

Generally enjoy my experience at CitySouth, but there are some inconveniences with access/keys primarily in my experience.

Nice and clean community with good staffs and great location which is convenient to the market and highway. The rate is a bit expensive.
