Our move to Scotchollow was a good experience with very little issues. Staff were helpful and understanding at every point of the move in process. The grounds around the facilities are kept up, the appearance of the buildings is the first thing you see upon pulling in to the main office and for an older complex it is well kept. The apartments are big and spacious and with new paint and a newly remodeled kitchen look good as well. We had to place a work order a few days after moving in and it was taken care of the next day. All in all my wife and I think that Scotchollow will be a good experience.

The place sucks, management will try to charge you for other tenants damage!!! And no rule is enforced what so ever

This is without a doubt the worst place I've ever lived. When we moved in to our apartment, they hadn't cleaned it and the floor was covered in black soot for some reason. We couldn't even move in for several days because it would have damaged our furniture, and they made us clean the floors ourselves. The elevators are constantly broken and the laundry machines never work. We also had smoking neighbors (the rules here are not enforced at all), and when we brought it up to the property manager on countless occasions she did nothing about it. Now they are trying to charge us for damages caused by the previous tenants. The property owners will only communicate with you when they can charge you for something, otherwise you're on your own. Avoid this place at all costs.

Renewal page is confusing with a lot of fees, which we clarified with leasing office and found those were just a placeholder that won't be charged. We went to leasing office to clarify about price for 2 times to finally sign the contract, which can be improved by having a more clear web page.

The service manager, Luis, at Laurel Crossing is very reliable and always provides a status of service request(s) I have submitted. I LOVE the new appliances replaced at the beginning of my lease renewal. I'm happy to live where I live.
