    The building is well managed and maintained. Requests for repair or maintenance are answered promptly. Parking is never a problem. They even have ample parking for guests.

    Great personnel & mgmt. Fair if issues arise. Great communication. Very clean and upkept grounds. Great view- hopefully the construction next door amounts to something nice. very good parking. Very safe.

    Building is well maintained overall, though their elevators seem to break pretty often. There is a spa, barbecue area, clubhouse, basketball court, and gym in the building which I really like. However, the hours for the gym are too restrictive for me and my work schedule and it's upsetting that the hours are so (only open from 8am - 10pm).

    The community areas are beautifully maintained; repairs and/or maintenance requests are scheduled expeditiously, fastidiously completed, and rendered with every courtesy and professionalism. Seaport is unparalleled in its efforts to ensure its beautiful homes offer the utmost in maintenance, beauty and comfort. Management is relentless in ensuring that all residents and their concerns remain a top priority. The foregoing is unprecedented in this industry.
