Apartments are good for living. Oil based paints are used which are not the greatest when it comes to cleaning as it sometimes falls off. It lives up to its name as there is a lot of trees and shrubs; the downside to that is many spiders. At times you find these spiders inside your home. The sliding doors have been installed incorrectly which makes keeping these insects outside quite difficult.The address is in the city of Santa Ana because of the zip code, not Fountain Valley.

I have some serious complaints about the way this place is maintained. The landscaping crew members from Valley Crest are creating work for themselves to stretch out their job. They are here Monday - Friday, with their leaf blowers and lawn mowers and edge trimmers, usually from the hours of 9am-1pm, sometimes longer. They are obnoxious and disturb the peace for the better part of the day. The way this place looks after they leave is shameful.
