Nice well kept community but parking was limited contributing to stringent parking regulations. The apartment home was pleasant and quiet and the physical aspects of living there were nice. The ability to pay rent online or request any help or services through a community website was null this making the community feel slow to requests and a bit of a pain to walk to the Dropbox to pay rent.

clean apts, mostly friendly and quiet neighbors, landscape maintained well, management staff attentive and friendly, did not raise my rent.

I've been living here for 5 years and I love it. It is quite, beautifully landscaped, and peaceful. The management is wonderful with professional, caring leasing staff that always make sure my problems are addressed quickly and know me by name. The other residents are mostly quite, polite professionals. The amenities are well maintained. The laundry room is large with lots of machines and big folding tables. The club house is a fun place to hang out and the gym has the basic necessities. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. My rent is very reasonable for the area and for how amazing this property and the staff are. I knew the moment I visited the property I wanted to live here and I never want to leave. If you're looking for a place to live talk to Michael, he's the best!

The sink smells like sewer gas. I asked the management to do something and they came and snaked it but it still smells terrible. I complained about it again and their response was to pour some chlorine down the drain. I tried that and no difference. Something is wrong in these old buildings and the management won't fix the problem.

Hard to have friends come over when there is not parking. Gym in club house is often unusable in winter due to the heater vents making it very hot.

The property is beautiful. The landscapers do an wonderful job keeping up all the landscaping. The maintenance department is always friendly and do a great job and always resolve the issue quickly. I can't say enough about the management staff. Wendy is always polite and willing to help on any issue as well as the other staff.
