          The most lazy management I have ever dealt with. Nickel and Dime at every stop. Refuse to sell more than one parking spot per unit, regardless of there being well over a dozen spaces available. When inquired about it, the manager and management company have zero care, and said get a lawyer. THE WORST

          Please read your rental agreement as there are hidden cost that come out of your security deposit for Cleaning, Painting, and other miscellaneous expenses that add up. Like most parents I quickly sign the agreement as my child needed a place to live. I received a move out letter itemizing charges, which is confusing at best. I called for an explanation of charges, but have yet to hear back from La Brezza RCMI since late May. What I do know is that roughly 88% of our security deposit was eaten by charges and only $240 was sent back to me. Read the fine print. #BEWARE
