1. First of all, the apartment is very old, dirty carpet and unremovable stains all over the place. Open parking and community, so random guys keep coming knocking your doors for money or advertisement. The place is not well maintained as well. The lake is dirty and smelling, not to mention the various species of wild animals you'll find in the apartment. 2. Beside the overcharged rent (you could get better apartment with the same rent around the area), expect to get at least $200 monthly maintenance charges and parking charges, which they don't inform during lease. 3. Be prepared to raise all kinds of service issues (appliance, lighting, water, sink, toilet, you name it) and wait weeks for maintenance guys to even show up. The most absurd thing is the light bulbs keep broken just 1-2 weeks after they replaced it with new ones, so you'll have to open service tickets again and again. They are actually aware of that, so not sure if they just do that in purpose. And if they threaten to charge you for any maintenance that clearly not your fault, say NO to it. Image that they once want to charge me for each light bulb replaced, which broken again just 1 week later. 4. The worst management team ever, super rude, arrogant and cold. They neglect the complaints and never apologize for their mistakes. The staffs just don't really care about the tenants. Exact quote from the office staff when I spoke of the previous management team do accommodate tenant need: "That's why they don't work here anymore". I was shocked to learn that they were let go because of being too nice to tenant. 5. They are just money minded, charges you for absurd things if you don't pay close attention to your bill and don't dispute charges. And of course they will rip your deposit off after you move out with all kinds of excuses no matter how you cleaned the whole apartment. I encourage everyone with such experience to familiar yourself with the law and file small claims in court to fight for it.

They charge for parking , maintiance and dont tell these while renting . Rent prices are high compared to the apartment quality and need to run behind for any maintenance. Maintenance charges are also highly such as $7 to replace bulb out All appliance are old and if u request to replace then there is extra appliances charged which goes from 100 to 150 per month . In and all avoid this apt from renting . Many apartments have bugs and rats problem too .

Apartment community keeps changing rules apart from what they inform in the lease . Apart from rent there are other service request charges which they don't inform during lease and latter charge you accordingly . Also they show good apartment as model which as good appliance and latter provide very very old appliance which breakdown very often . If you request for new appliance again they will offer new appliance package which range from 150-300 per month apart from rent.
