      The price is not worth the hassle of living here. If you think youre getting a good deal, youll be terribly surprised. What you might save in some dollars rent, you pay in headaches dealing with the property manager. Norma refuses to be convinced that anything in the antique complex could possibly need updating. She will fight tooth and nail against any requests to keep the apartments in SAFE and LIVABLE conditions. My patio was unsafe upon move in, it would actually dip down if a person stood on it, and Norma decided on her own that it was safe because she walked on it when I brought it up to her. I had to get the city involved and after 5 months, it still has not been fixed. Stubborn is one thing, but Norma is also very rude and difficult to work with. She will make you feel stupid for asking the most basic questions and youll want to pull your hair out every day that you live here. Its such a shame that an apartment complex in a great location is wasted because the people running it cant be bothered to be decent human beings. Vi is of no help either as she defers all matters to Norma. Oh, and if you think youll be able to get through to the owner of the property CMC Management, dont bother. They dont answer their phone or respond to emails.

      The apartment is located at a very nice area. You have easy access to all the shops and to the highways. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and the property well maintained.
