Local Reviews

I like the landscapes and the way that the streets are designed. I appreciate that everything that I need is so close by.

It.s too expensive to live here. It's sunny and safe. We love the neighborhood and the security on. Aone mall and a lot of restaurant and shope

Our neighborhood has a park right across the street. It's great for the kids. We like to try new restaurants at the mall.

There are some restaurants here that are not too common. I can also walk to many of the places I need to.

I live in a newer neighborhood with lots of trails and parks nearby. There are grocery stores, drug stores, home improvement stores, banks and restaurants within walking distance. There is a Starbucks down the street and several hood Italian and Mediterranean restaurants within miles of my home. The beach is under two hours away as is local sites and attractions.

Neighborhood is in a very good school district, very safe and family friendly. No HOA is nice because there's no monthly payment and most people keep up their homes.
