Local Reviews

It is very convenient. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. I also like that it is relatively quiet.

Everyone is close knit to each other and neighbors watch out for each other in case of suspicious activities

wI go with my family to a popular coffee shop and spend great times there. There are thematic places

I like the peace and quiet when it's not a Friday night. I can go down to McDonald's and come back easily. Fav local business is the mission st burger.

We have gates that open with keys. We have an office specifically for mail and packages. We live right next to a school and plenty of grocery and restaurant places.

The view, beach access and my rooftop deck. Convenient to the best restaurants and can walk to all of them. Can walk to almost anywhere I need to go, West Cliff Dr., Pacific Ave., The Boardwalk & Wharf.
