I gave a rating of "good" only because I had asked the management if I could please do Easter Bunny prints in the building, it's harmless and the kids would have loved it, but they said I couldn't do it. I have been doing them for 30 years and it broke my heart that they wouldn't allow something so innocent to be done that would have put a smile on so many faces. Maybe next year they will change their mind.

Clean common areas, friendly staff, prompt maintenance, lovely apartment features, nice landscaping. I can't rave enough about this lovely apartment community.

Americana Simi is a good place to live. I am staying here for three and half years. I like the community very much. Management and maintenance stuffs are really nice and professional. Every maintenance request is responded in timely manner and with full satisfaction. Community is clean and we get 2 free parking for a single bed apartment.

The property is nice. I just feel like the wash machines could be cleaner and the visitor parking is non existent which is unfortunate.
