Front office staff very helpful. Maintenance staff efficient and reliable, especially Jose and Sim. Then Jesus Isabelle did a terrific job for us patching walls and painting after a plumbing leak from upstairs.

I had some concerns on some of the policies here. Somerville who is one of the leasing consultants here at Shadowridge was so awesome at helping me understand the policies and finding solutions for my concerns. Great staff.

This place is a quiet place to live which is nice. I would just say the interior build quality is terrible. The remodeled units seem like they tried to find the cheapest way possible to put together which is understandable, its a business and they want to make profit, but with the price difference between remodeled and an older unit dont seem to be worth it in my opinion. Other than that, its a nice place to live. The staff are very friendly.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years. Im giving 2 stars due to my experience with managements handling of policies and how they enforce them. Shadow Ridge brands itself as premium apartment homes but is operated by a corporation that has zero consideration for the tenants experience. Despite charging a premium. Imagine paying for a luxury experience that is managed by the DMV. Pros: - Beautiful grounds and excellent landscapers - Maintenance - a lot of stuff is older but they replace and/fix quickly - Management - polite, good at admin, and prompt to respond Cons: - Hidden fees and costs. Add $100 to whatever they quote you per month. - What they tell you and what you sign may be different. And they have the right to change the policies that you sign. - You sign a clause in the agreement that gives them to freedom to write new rules. And they write new rules. - Policy enforcement. Theyll post notices on your door, put stickers on your car, and tow your guests ($600+). - No resolution. You can voice a complaint or ask for clarity and they only respond with corporate politeness, point back to contracts, and give you the run around until you just give up.
