During the start up of the gas service the technician could not start the hot water heater. I called the emergency service line and explained the situation. Within an hour Sem the maintenance man arrived and tired to fix the hot water heater, but after checking and troubleshooting the hot water heater, he said it needed to be replaced. He removed the nonfunctional water heater and replaced it with a new water heater. See did as excellent job replacing the water heater and cleaning up after the service. BZ to Sem

My boyfriend and I fell in love with Shadow Ridge the minute we saw it! We started our search 4 months before we had to move and this was the first and only place we looked at. Somerville greeted us and was down to earth and bubbly! She showed us everything and was very transparent from the beginning. Because of our experience touring with her and seeing the grounds we knew we didnt need to look anywhere else. This is the best place for the price and peace! Closer to move in Shannon was also very helpful and knowledgeable and we liked how the service manager was cracking jokes with us. Shadow Ridge is 10/10

Front office staff very helpful. Maintenance staff efficient and reliable, especially Jose and Sim. Then Jesus Isabelle did a terrific job for us patching walls and painting after a plumbing leak from upstairs.
