Its not a bad place to live, for sure. But I often feel that for the amount of money myself and my spouse pay to live here, we should never have as many problems with amenities as we do. The secondary pool is treated as such, considering its not the show pool, its almost NEVER clean, and the jacuzzi is just as bad, if not worse. For the pool area furthest from the leasing office, the water is always murky like its not been cleaned in eons, and the jacuzzi is always disgusting, bugs and debris everywhere. Theres no care whatsoever. I dont pay almost $2,000 a month to not be able to utilize the amenities provided, or to walk outside my apartment and see the complex littered with TRASH. Its just not acceptable. The turn over rate is (understandably) extremely high, and getting maintenance to come fix things is like pulling teeth. Im sure if ur considering moving here, you could find all the same issues for much cheaper.
