I am a current resident over 10 years. I have lived in 5 states and this apt ranks with the top. Ms Delores, the maintenance staff Eugene and Simon are great. Maintenance needs are fixed quickly, same day If emergency, no later than the next day. Safety is no issue. Security available if you call. No loud music or noise where I am. Use to leave clothes in laundry room and go back, no issues, still there. Neighbors are respectful and everyone keeps to themselves. Never had a package or anything stolen. Car is safe under car port. If you like pools it is always clean.
