    Edit: have to take a star away from the management team, because my deposit was not refunded a month after I left. I called and they told me that it was deducted for carpet cleaning, without any photo proof or detailed breakdown. It’s not a lot of money, just a bit disappointing because I really liked the management team here. 3.5 star for the building itself, 5 star for the location, 5 star for the management team. I have lived in this place for over three years now. When I first moved in, the leasing manager back then didn't do a very good job. But things all got a lot better when the current leasing manager Ismael took over. He is very responsive and kind and respects all the tenants here. Last year there was a bad water leak incident (building's problem) which affected me and my roommate, and we were pretty satisfied with the way Ismael handled it. Also a kudos to the maintenance guy Juan, who is super friendly and responds to maintenance requests very promptly. The building itself is not without problems. I agree with some of the other comments on that the floorboards are too thin. And occasionally certain things would break. Also, for units facing the North Fair Oaks Ave it's a bit too noisy. On the positive side, the building itself is pretty new and has elevators. All the bedrooms have big walk-in closets. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here!

    we live next to Anton1101. One of the anton residents plays music and karaoke with loud speaker almost every day. Can you imagine the people in the remote meeting can hear that clearly even if we close the window and we are 30 ft away from them? We called the leasing officer but they said this didn’t happen during their “quiet hours” so they can’t do anything.

    I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a peaceful stay. Great amenities and plenty of parking for visitors. The management and staff are super helpful and pleasant to interact with. The location is close to the 101 highway but without the noise from it. Just like any apartment, your upstairs neighbors can make or break the calm. Other units seem well enough isolated sound wise.

    I've resided in this neighborhood for 2 years and would definitely recommend it! The management, especially Ismael, is outstanding. He's not only exceptionally professional but also genuinely cares about the residents living in the apartment, always responsive to any inquiries or requests. What I love most is the location - it's just a 2-minute drive from the highway, offering great convenience. The community vibe here is peaceful, and the residents are welcoming and cordial. Another bonus is the ample parking available, especially for visitors. In a region like the Bay Area where parking can be a challenge, this is a huge plus. My friends always find a spot without any hassle
