    I have lived here for 1 year and the location is perfect for me and my family. The school is walking. The grocery store is too. The park is new structure with nice pond and easily walk. Maintenance & management team is been timely and service is responsive. Main issue we have had is with our packages its like a scavenger hunt sometimes and the access gates always closed.

    I have been living at Bonnie Terrace for a little over a year now. While the location of the property makes it very convenient to access shops, restaurants, groceries, etc., the property has a major design issue in that the kitchen exhaust ducts of the neighboring units are connected. My neighbors cook spicy food regularly that produces pungent smell and creates a lot of smoke that enters into my apartment through the kitchen exhaust and fills up the living room in just a few minutes. This smell is nauseating and unbearable. I had complained to the management and they had put up a note to the neighbors about this issue. The neighbors complied for a few days only, and again resumed their cooking with the kitchen exhaust turned on at full intensity. I had complained to the management again, but no action was taken. I am disappointed that the management is very slack on such serious issues. I have never missed a single rent payment and was never a source of disturbance to the community whatsoever. I feel let down by the management and do not recommend this property as a good living space.
