Local Reviews

I love our area because most everyone is friendly and welcoming. Everyone takes care of their homes, which helps property values and desirability of area.

It's a very beautiful place and area and it's very quiet and no one bothers you very nice places to shop and eat are nearby

very well designed master planned community where homes are different from one another and so much character and uniqueness

I like the amenities offered and the proximity to coffee and supermarkets. My daughters and I walk to Starbucks every Sunday. Aldi is down the street from my home as well. The highway is only a few miles as well.

Everything is managed by a computer -- the computer directs the robot to clean the house, water the lawn, trim the hedges, remove the fallen leaves and snow... The computer can also order food from nearby stores and arrange three meals a day according to the owner's instructions...

The uniqueness of the community is that the green is really good. I like the local museum very much and often take my children there in my spare time
