    I love how much room we have in our apartment, it's nice on the inside. The buildings are very old but there's a great maintenance staff on duty. The grounds are kept clean and the plants are healthy. You can find parking most of the time. I just often wonder where exactly I'm living... I'm stuck with tons of sketchy looking neighbors who spend all their time smoking cigarettes on their balconies and don't seem to have steady jobs since they're ALWAYS home and then there are great small and medium sized families who obviously work their butts off to live here. I often wonder if they house halfway home, section 8, or rehabilitating addicts. If they do then it would be nice to separate them from people who have to wake up early for work since the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Overall I am not completely satisfied but I know it's relatively cheaper than most places around.

    Its location is conveniently located near malls (The Oak Mall and Janss Marketplace) and stores (such as Best Buy, Whole Food, etc.). Shopping, going to a movie, or strolling the annual street fair are within walking distance while at the same time it is situated by quiet side streets. So you get the convenience but not the traffic noise.
    I also liked the staff working at the apartment complex. They were helpful and pleasant and genuinely cared about the tenants.

    It's a great place, but it can be improved a bit (e.g. a gym, washer/dryer and water boiler in the apartments).
