While I enjoyed my stay for the most part, I did have a lot of issues with roaches and rats in my apartment. A Read Morelso, the raise in the monthly rent when it was time to renew was highly unreasonable.

High rent for the size of the apartment. But facilities and services are good.

I like how the community is gated & the amenities are nice. Paying rent online is convenient, and I like how Read Morethe mail-woman can leave our packages in the leasing office. I like how maintenance requests can be made online. I dislike: 1) lack of wheelchair access 2) Residents bringing multiple large floatation devices to the pool, leaving no room for others to swim. 3) Residents sitting on the pool's steps & talking while giving no path for little kids to get in/out of the pool. 4) Stolen laundry

Were happy to hear that youre enjoying many of our amenities such as package receiving and online payments. We strive to make sure every resident is comfortable here and hope residents are being neighborly. In the future, asking someone to move their float or to scooch so your little ones can pass should be enough to make the pool enjoyable for everyone! You cannot get a hold of security right away. You leave a voicemail and hear back for help 2 hours later. Freq Read Moreuently I have found staff/security hanging out in the lounge areas talking with friends are not residents which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Also, I have complained about my fob twice and the front office thankfully changed the battery which help but did not fix the problem. The cleaning staff, are super nice, always respectful and work very hard.
