Local Reviews

Is a very family friendly neighborhood and lots of Hills. to run bike like to go to the park and eat

Safe area but not so much around. Required long drive for entertainment. Public transportation is unreliable

I love the fact, we have a yearly block party. We are going on over 15 years straight except for a gap during the pandemic. I love the variety of restaurants and shops in area, Korean, Hawaiian, Mexican, and Japanese. I like the fact we have a wonderful farmers market walking distance from us open every Saturday. We go many times with family or friends.

We are close to the beach ,about 10 minutes away. We gave 1 of the largest mall around. We have plenty of schools to choose.

It is a quiet neighborhood. It is close to business I use. There are many parks nearby. We like to go to coffee shops & other businesses

Low The city has low crime rates, great schools system and near by the beaches. Lots great restaurants in downtown area. And our local parks has two baseball fields, tennis courts, in and out door basketball counts.
