    We cannot express how much we enjoy living here. This community has been the best rental location. I have lived in claremont and with that location being one of the best places to live has nothing on the Country Club Villas amd Terraces. We have always had the best communication with management and the facilities department. Any thing that was an issue was always addressed promptly. The management is very friendly and always are interested in any concerns. Renting isn't always a positive but living here makes me feel safe and I enjoy our community.

    I love this area and the view of the mountains from my apt is great. Rae Ann, &Danielle in office always respond to my needs. Anthony and Jose in maintenance are quick to any calls I make for maintenance.

    This is a warning to all current and future tenants of this property. I live at 1668 Oakmont and Cannon Management has a contract with Steve's Towing that does predatory towing and gets a BBB grade of F. I had a rental car parked in front of my garage with the garage door open and was loading it up to go to the beach and stepped inside for a few minutes to load up the ice chest and by the time I went back to the car it had been towed and I had to pay an impound fee of $442.50 to get it back. The office and corporate claimed there was nothing they could do and I am out $442.50.
