    They are harassing tenets during the Covid-19 pandemic concerning late payments either with late payments on rent, or late payments on other bills it's very manipulative. The Board of Supervisors in Solano County already passed legal documentation providing proof and evidence that no housing nor apartment tenants cannot be evicted during these times of COVID-19. Those who are being harassed I encourage you to consider filing a possible lawsuit, because this behavior is not allowed and it needs to be discouraged. Do not allow YOUR RIGHTS as a TENET to be taken advantage of. For more information please contact or visit the EDD office in Fairfield off of 500 Chadbourn road, Fairfield, CA. Also call governor's office or Solano county board of Supervisors or Attorney's .

    I just wanted to say that when I was on my way to my car a sale person started to bother me about how high my PG&E and tried to get me to sign up for lower rate but Andre intervene and told her she was not aloud to be there and she had leave or else he would call the police. Turns out it was a scam Thank you Andre for making my day a happy one

    This place is bad. It prays on the low income families. The efficiency of the apartments are a joke. I had to weather strip my ENTIRE apartment. The A/C is 20ish years old and costs WAY much to run. It's a non smoking complex, with people smoking all over the place. There are 5 people to a 1 bedroom in some cases This place is reminiscent of a slum, no one cares they just want your money.
