Lincoln Place Apartment Homes

I think for future leasing the staff should take into consideration of putting alike people into same structures. i.e. putting families with young children together & putting younger profesionals together. In my specific building a neighbor said they were very upset children moved in above them when every other tenant is in a different demographic. Just a thought.

Lincoln Place is a great place to live. The service has been smooth and efficient since we first viewed the properties right through to signing up, moving in and living here. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The brand new pool and gym are awesome and we had neighbourhood movie night last week which was good fun. The apartments have been renovated to a high standard and all the appliances are brand new. So far we love living here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Lincoln Place this past year and have renewed for another. I looked for 2 months before I found my perfect home. What really sold me first was the fact that I have fresh air on 4 sides of my apartment and daylight shining into my home on 3 sides. Where else can you find that in apt living? It feels like a house when you are inside the unit, which has beautiful fixtures and finishes. The management is friendly and attentive, they fix everything immediately, I feel safe and secure in the neighborhood, the amenities are fantastic and I love my neighbors. Thank you!

Lincoln Place is the only place I considered living that offered an other than hotel high rise type layout. It's in a great location, very open community and floor plan, well kept grounds and facilities, and the staff make the leasing process an easy and excellent experience.

Led by an attentive and personable leasing staff, the signing process was efficient and thorough. The grounds are beautiful and well-manicured, and the location is unbeatable. We love living at the Lincoln Place!
