    all the washing machines for building three are out of order except for one that is stained with goo. Garbage is piled in courtyard three at b b q. There is tremendous amount of urine and not all pet urine either in halls between townhomes and courtyard three. litter is allowed to be thrown just any where. Litter is always being left in parking lots. Management does not want to hear about any issues nor do they do any thing about it any way. Overcrowded apartments continue to be overcrowded. Damaged property is just left that way. You can complain all you want to management, but you may as well be trying to explain things to a cat. They will just stare at you with indifference, nod there heads, and go nap in a sun beam

    Worst experience ever! The staff is rude. The place is dirty and old. Oh, and be ready to get calls all the time pushing you to move in and turn in your stuff and then get ghosted. So unprofessional ! The place is nothing like the pictures. All a lie.

    Apartment smelled like smoke, shady neighbors, and front office staff not very nice.

    There was a lot of disorganization in the office. Took a long time to receive maintanence when something needed to be fixed in our unit. When it was time to receive a lease renewal, I had to call 3 different times asking for it.

    Rool maintenance was an issue, closed down due to "contamination" by the city. The office staff at the time was rude, presented issues with unkept building/apt (leaking roof, water spots on ceiling, unincolated pipe running from furnace into and through kitchen in the building's slab) Security was good present early day and evening to promplty shut down pool and laundry. Laundry facilities were always clean and rarely any machines broken. Parking wasnt horrible.
