    I am surprised at any poor reviews. This is a quiet, friendly complex and my unit is roomy with lots of light. This is a beautiful property, I love the walkways, all the trees and flowers and wildlife. Veronica in the leasing office is just awesome and takes care of everything I need and Paul in maintenance is always quick and does an excellent job. I have really enjoyed my time here. I moved from San Diego to Ventura for my job and have lived here at Via Ventura for the past 10 months. I am moving back to San Diego this month and feel very lucky to have found such a great home while I was here! You will love it here : )

    Great placewell kept but the water bills are OUTRAGEOUS! We bought a home in the area and our water bills are 1/4 of what we paid here! Someone's pocket is being lined or Equity is taking unfair advantage of it's residents!
