Beautiful Village Townhomes is a Ventura Classic - Garden Patio Community. Lush green gardens surround you in this wonderful gated complex of only 52 units. Conveniently located within walking distance of Trader Joes, Starbucks, Vons, Snapper Jacks, Dominoes, Subway, Buena High School, Ventura College, and only about a mile to the 101 or the 126. Just an 8 minute drive to the Ventura Pier and Beaches, a 30 minute drive to Santa Barbara and only 45 minutes to the Burbank Airport!
All our generous sized townhomes are two story (with stairs) and have a front door, patio door, privacy fenced patio and balcony. The floor plans vary from unit to unit but always have bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a half bath, living room, dining and kitchen downstairs. Carpet is in all bedrooms and stairs, some units are upgraded to engineered wood and tile on the lower floor, otherwise they are carpet and tile on the lower floor. All have beautiful upgrades that make our townhomes feel like newer construction. Most upgrades include crown molding, new lighting, newer appliances, tile floors in the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and entries. All bedrooms have very large closets with the two bedroom floor plan having an additional walk-in closet. We offer ample storage options with large linen closets in upper hall ways, large closets in entries and storage in the assigned carport.
Our thoughtful amenities include gated front and side entries, gated car entry with assigned parking (most have carports), a large 8' deep heated pool with resort style furnishings, two gorgeous 30" stainless steel BBQs and picnic tables seating areas, a Organic Community Garden (as available) for growing your own Organic Vegetables and Fruit. We anticipate completing a few future projects of a Leash Free Dog Park, secured bicycle parking, and installing work out equipment. We offer two 24 hour laundry rooms with newer washers and dryers available in each and trash pick up is included.
We have a Full Time On Site Manager with maintenance staff to assist our residents. We accept small pets (with certain restrictions)on approval only and all pets that are approved require a pet deposit (we reserve the right to charge pet rent in addition to a pet deposit).
